Отличное расположение, в пригороде. До центра добирались на такси 35-40 минут, но не из-за расстояния, а из-за пробок. Было чисто и комфортно. Рядом с отелем пекарня со свежей выпечкой и большой магазин, несколько ресторанов.

Далековато, но в центре Парижа было бы сильно дороже по стоимости.

la chambre est de bonne taille et adaptée. La salle de bain est pratique (deux spots HS). Le personnel très agréable. La chambre très propre et la literie confortable.

Nous avons regretté que malgré un hall d'entrée très grand, il ne soit pas prévu de paterre ou autre porte manteau/vide poche. C'est un appart hôtel, nous étions trois. Pourquoi ne mettre que 2 fourchettes, 2 cuillères ?? Il y a un petit lave vaisselle, mais s'il y avait plus de tasses, couverts etc... pour 2 nuits, il aurait pu tourner qu'une seule fois (ou éviter la vaisselle à la main pour si peu).

Clean, spacious and comfortable.

The lady staff who was present on 9th May wanted us to take the studio apartment meant for two, even though she knew very well that we are a family of three and paid for a four-person apartment. At the threat of cancellation, did she later budge and give us two separate studio rooms. She promised to give the apartment room on the next day. It’s such a hassle moving things from one room to another. Charging adapters were absent even though it’s mentioned in their manual. They didn’t have the physical directory map of Paris metro lines. So whatever is mentioned in their manual doesn’t match with reality. When we came on one fine day after a long trip, the same lady staff didn’t reciprocate greetings, giving us a weary suspicious look. This looks very contemptuous on the customer service part — maybe it’s better to just do away with customer service reception altogether. I don’t know but since we booked this a couple of months ago, the staff should have at least bothered to check and reserve in advance which they failed to do. In another instance, I asked for the above with one night staff. The next day morning staff told me that the aforementioned staff is a trainee and is learning stuff. How does that matter for the customer? Does it mean that trainee staff are posted there without supervision or it’s just blatant stupidity? So the customer service is poor. Better to remove this altogether. Very disappointing.
