I don’t like how when you book you think you’re getting the nicest room, I only got the room on level three so no views nothing.. and it’s quite pricey… also the car park smells like straight sewage, it made me feel sick..

The after-hours check-in process was easier than expected and not too difficult to manage. The apartment itself was very spacious and had a lovely ocean view. Having three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, was a huge plus and made the stay very comfortable for everyone. The location was also excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it very convenient to get around and enjoy the area.

When we arrived, someone was parked in our allocated parking spot, but Russ handled the situation quickly and organised different parking spaces for us, which we appreciated. The only downside was that the floors in the apartment did not appear to have been cleaned properly, as there were a few sticky spots. Aside from that, we had a great stay and would happily return.

The location was close and convenient

It was quite grubby. Like it had not had a decent clean in a while, dust build up every where and just a bit icky. I would describe it as though there was a quick surface clean done but if you go beyond you could see and feel the build up. The smell of sewage in the carpark took your breath away - that’s got to be an issue that has to be looked into, if not already - had to hold our breaths to and from the car to the lift.

Location was perfect. Comfortable beds. Beach across the road. Just ideal in all aspects.

Location was perfect. Right near the esplanade and Coles and a 7m walk to the bus stop.

During our stay there was construction going on in one of the apartments from 10-2pm weekdays and the noise was unbearable.
