"Nice property in a great location."

Property is very tidy and well maintained. Location. Almost everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.

Room was quite dated. Furniture/lounge is old and very uncomfortable. Main room tv is too small. Bed was very uncomfortable. Smell coming from drain in bathroom.

We love coming back to Coolum at the Beach each year. The location is great and the rooms are pretty well equipped for a longer stay. We usually stay for 5+ nights. The pools are great and we dont need our car as Coles is across the road and there's cafes and other shops all within walking distance.

The cleaning of the rooms has significantly improved since one of our other stays but just small things like pulling out beds and cleaning under them every now and then to prevent dust from building up. These are smaller things but things you notice when you go for a full week.
