Kralev Dvor Hotel

Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!

The wc is a little bit small

Very friendly staff Marin was excellent and we arranged pick up and drop off to and from Sofia airport. Rooms were clean and showers hot. Bed were clean and comfy enough for our needs. There was 10 of us on a stag and we felt really well catered for. Hotel only around a 5 minute walk from the Gondola and the bars ect. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend.

If I had to pick a hole in anything it would be we had to pay 10 Lev each if we wanted to use the sauna but this is being very picky as I imagine it's very expensive to turn on and heat up.

The hotel is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the food was delicious, it is a nice place for vacation stay. In summer the garden provides a good shade and is very pleasant to have lunch or just sit outside. There was a nice balcony as well. The room is comfortable and clean.
