Very friendly staff . Offerred a snack bag when we came in late evening and I looked at vending machine to see options. Also , morning staff on check out date , very friendly snd offerred us to go in and get coffee from breakfast room even though door closed and breakfast over. Neither of these staff members had to even make eye contact but they did without prompting to make our stay better . Friday check in staff helped changed us to a better suited room despite being very full . I booked a jacuzzi room by mistake and needed a pull out couch for or son . She made that happen. Thanks a million ! Would stay here again. It is pet friendly though so if you have allergies , check on that .

Place is clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast exceeded my expectation. Free airport shuttle made our stay stress free.

There were a whole bunch of young teenage boys staying in the property for a hockey tournament. THey were very loud and noisy+++ during sleeping hours. They were banging at doors and running through the halls. There should be added security to prevent such activity. Or guardians should be charged$$$ if the young people they are escorting are very disrespectful to prevent this occurence.
