Aloft by Marriott Green Bay

Rooms were nice, the lobby was retro but comfortable, nice whirlpool, check in process slow, breakfast grab and go

Loved the entire layout, very unique!! Room was great for the price. Pool/whirlpool were wonderful along with the breakfast setup and bar. One suggestion, the courtyard (between lobby and pool area) could have used a little cleaning but otherwise a great stay!!

This unique property fit all the needs of our family. We would definitely stay here again.

When I arrived, the phone in the room kept beeping, and when I went to the front desk to mention this, I was told that I had to go back up and then bring it to them. At night, I heard what sounded like someone moving furniture around and I didn’t sleep much at all and the sound went on throughout the morning. At 4AM I gave up sleeping. When I complained about this, I was told they can’t do anything if I don’t know what is causing the sound. They didn’t bother to even check and didn’t care that my experience was awful. Staff seemed lazy. It was bad enough I only needed one night but was forced to take two. I’m not sure I’d ever stay again.

This is a new motel that is awesome

Like the design throughout and liked the good use of lobby area. The tables had people playing games, the pool table was in use. Even though our room was beside the lobby it was very quiet.

Wish the cooling unit was a bit quieter.

Went to hotel to see if I could check in early between kids baseball games. Was given standard we don't have any rooms ready. No problem. Went to check in a 2nd time around 5 or 6pm and was told I had been kicked from hotel due to no rooms being available. This was already the 2nd hotel for this trip I had been kicked from. Was given a room further away at a 3rd hotel. Was told my room was ready and they were expecting me. Showed up and they didn't have a reservation ready for me. Waited while they scoured the computers to find 1 room available in the hotel. My guess is this room was available because the AC didn't work in half the room (the bed side). A lot of running around and broken promised reservations.
