"Came to relax for the most part I did, pillows were like a cloud."

Location great, loved the pop of color and the hot tub

The carpet was carpeting square's all peeling up, the bathroom door banged the sink every time opening. The heat/ac unit let more cold air from outside in the heat. Had it set at 78. Mold on the sides on hot tub.

Rooms are very outdated and not very clean. The shower doors don’t shut well or all the way. There was a spot on the carpet that looked like dried vomit. Staffed wasn’t overly friendly, but friendly enough.

We had luke warm water after the water was running for about 5 min. Was convenient location for what we needed. Staff was friendly.

"Barking dog and drunk dude! "

Check-in guy was super friendly and nice. Requested a room with water view and given one which was nice. However around 11pm to 1pm we were waken by a barking dog on our floor! Then during this time a drunken guy was shouting down the hallway! Have stayed here many times and never had this experience. Last thing I will add is a guest who left all there uneaten food and containers right next to the elevator doors!
