"Very pleasant experience, staff friendly."

Never an unfriendly person. Every evening asked for fresh towels never a problem getting them. Would place trash and used towels outside the door in the morning and would be picked up every day.

Elevators slow. Room needed a lounge chair in it. There was enough room for one.

Some of the best approachable people working there! I have lot's of social anxiety, but asking them about my daughter's lost phone didnt phase them. They quickly texted me to let me know they found it and I was able to quickly get it.

The elevator is a bit creepy, but I find lots of elevators creepy.

"The price and the location were excellent."
