Pomeroy Inn and Suites Dawson Creek

The breakfast is not good at all the pork sausage taste really bad and the same with the beacons. The room is ok but the carpet in the hallway was old and it seems dirty. When I checked out the front desk told me that she will send me the hotel receipt by email but it never happened. The next day I called them and ask for the receipt; this time it was a man picked up the phone and again he told me that he will send it by email. So I was waiting but nothing. 3 days later I went to this hotel and the nice young lady told me that they had my email address was wrong but my mobile number was right and they should call me because the email was bounced back so they noticed but they did not care.

Was okay, could pay a little more attention to cleaning. Hair in bathtub. Toilet was not clean.

Floors and elevator needs work

The staff was exceptional

They let me pay with my debit visa, but would not let me put security deposit on $50 on anything but an actual credit card. Pain in the butt!

This property is being renovated. The parts still being used are tired and need to be cleaner. Until renovations are completed the room rates should be lower.

Great place for work or play

Our toliet ran all night. The air conditioner controls were absolutely in disrepair. It was not near as clean as your report said. The elevators needed to be inspected for safety and if they do pass I honestly don’t know how. The front desk girl was amazing but it went down hill from there.

Great Hotel. Full suites with free breakfast. Staff is fantastic
