It was great

The whole hotel was filthy! Hallways and stairways were disgusting

our stay was good

The kids loved the spacious pool area. The room was nice, clean, and staff was very helpful and kind.

It was okay, the pool was broken which was important to us due to traveling with children and hoping for some playtime. After I complained, the manager tried to make it right by offering to pay the price to use the local community pool. It was an inconvenient idea but nice of her. Overall, I probably would prefer to stay at another hotel when I come back through the area but it is an okay place if you are looking for a place to crash for the night.

Nice and specious rooms, clean and comfortable beds.

Staff was great and so was breakfast!

needs better noise cancelling. We had the unfortunate timing of being around during a tournament of some sort. Kids were running up and down the halls all day, there was also a dog losing its mind in the morning. The staff did call the owners of the dog but it was not the most relaxing morning.

The staff was amazing. Our room was not ready when we checked in, and they didn't know how long until it was ready, so they gave us an upgraded suite that was amazing!

If I had to find 1 thing that I didn't like, it would be the pool and hot tub had way more chlorine than anywhere else we have stayed. It actually really irritated our skin, and we only swam twice for about an hour.
