"Overpriced Hampton Inn"

Room was clean and bright.

Way overpriced (over $300.00 in Pinedale, Wyoming for a standard hotel room). Had a frightening fall in the slippery bathtub without non-slip mat and injured my hip. Told the front desk so that it would not happen to someone else, especially a fragile, elderly guest, and they just looked at me and asked if I wanted a non-slip mat. Didn't seem to care at all.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was wonderful. So much trash outside back door by pool entrance. Also the chairs in the breakfast eating area were so disgusting you would not want to sit on them. Throw those couches out.

I had booked the rooms for my family who was traveling from 3 different states through a 3rd party booking company several months ago. I needed to change our arrival date by one day so again did so through the 3rd party company but the changed hadn't been relayed to the hotel so they thought we no showed the day before so they charged me and cancelled the reservation. I panicked by Robyn took great care of us and immediately helped me rebook and not only applied my Hilton Rewards, but offered a rate that was aligned with an advanced booking rather than same day. She also worked with me to sort out the fees that were charged by mistake. All of this made for a pleasant experience that could've been a disaster. Thank you, Robyn for saving the week!

Our rooms were not cleaned every day and on the last evening there was a very loud guest above us but once I complained to the front desk, it didn't happen again.

Great place. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our room shared a wall with the ice machine and it must have broken and our carpet was soaked. The Friday evening front desk staff helped us with towels to soak it up until we could get moved to another room. Breakfast was good. Fitness center and pool/hot tub great. Really big hot tub.

The property was nestled in a beautiful part of Wyoming with a trail system that was easily accessible to downtown Pinedale. The staff was diligent and checking periodically on how our day was going.
