Best Western Plus New Caney Inn & Suites

excellent stay thank you

We have previously stayed at this hotel as it is close to family. We have always been happy with the rooms, but was fun to see that they are being updated and are very nice. Was somewhat disappointing that we were there for several days, and had the same biscuits and gravy every day for breakfast ( previous times breakfasts were roasted) We were also disappointed that the hot tub was not working, and had not been working for a week or more, then a few days later the pool was also closed for not working. Obviously, that type of thing happens. Just disappointing when having flown 4 hours on a plane with kids and staying for 6 days.

It was ok. We stayed in a “new room “ but it still needed help. The bathroom was not great. The door was peeling at the bottom and there was dirty grout. The staff was really amazing though and it was close to everything. The breakfast was just ok

Front end staff was very helpful and friendly. Room at first looked great but with all the lights on you can see the chair and loveseat to be badly stained and knobs or handles missing from dresser. I went to the main desk to get sheets to cover the chair and loveseat and as with check in she was prompt and friendly I did not tell her why I wanted them.

Convenient location. Clean hotel. Comfotable bed.

Very clean and had good prices! My brother and I are very happy with our stay!

The staff was so courteous and everyone was so nice. My room was always cleaned and I had new towels and never had to ask. Breakfast was always good. The staff really aims to please and made our stay that more enjoyable
