The staff was friendly and explained everything in detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and I would definitely stay there again with my family.

Staff was rude. Up keep on the property was poor. It seemed as if they just wanted to make as much money as possible. I sure won’t go there again.

The property was clean and our room was ready early for the most part. We did have to stay in corpus due to flooding in our home town so this was convenient.

There was a towel shortage during our stay so luckily I had a few clean beach towels.That was an inconvenience. Also house keeping is quick to get in your room after you leave. So make sure you grab all your belongings. Cause they will steal your items and say they were never left in the room if it’s anything of value.

Nice size room, liked the ground floor location. Thanks for the late check out. Very close to the highway for easy access.

The lady at front desk can use a customer service course.

I didn’t stay at the Holiday Inn express at all due to an email I received from bookings.com in regards to telling me that my room was canceled due to the fact that you were overfilled

So I stayed at the Staybridge hotel right across the parking lot. I really did enjoy that hotel due to the fact that it was not clean very well so again I did not stay at Holiday Inn express as I requested and wanted as I’m a loyal customer to Holiday Inn express Bookings screwed up this trip with that email, but however, I’m still being charged $212.20.And $for a one night stay that I did not use

Location was very good but hotel room is no good i booked 2 rooms both rooms should be 2 Queen bed but when I received booking it’s showed one room 2 Queen bed and 1 room is king bed which is not right. Plus 2 Queen bed bathroom is not good the sink is not draining water properly the shower tub is full of stains no hock for hanging clothes. I request for all this trouble give us a refund for at least one night I was trusting booking.com but I am not happy at all. Please taking care of my complaint. Best regards Muhammad khan

We stayed 4 nights, rooms were never cleaned! Had to ask for towels and toilet paper daily

Solid hotel, staff not so great. They sent my wife and my nieces to a room that was occupied. Ao when we opened the door it was very uncomfortable. Then my check in took about an hour waiting to get my room ready so just had to sit in the lobby and wait.

The staff and the breakfast was over by 10
