Finca Rosa Blanca Coffee Farm and Inn

We had a separate Master Suite with wonderful art, lots of space and beautiful art/murals as well as a balcony overlooking tree tops and a view of San Jose. The trails and trees along them were lovely and the restaurant good. No complaints, nothing missing and so much provided.

Clean, well kept, spacious property only 20 mnts away from the SJO. Swimming pool area and jacuzzi tub are well kept. Perfect choice to stay and have dinner before flying back home. We didn't do any tours, so feed back on that part. Loved the restaurant and had very good experience with afternoon coffee, dinner and breakfast.

Wonderful place. Very quit. The rooms are beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Hot tub is actually hot. Service is top notch.

Such a pretty property! So close to San Jose, happy we stayed here after our flight landed instead of in the city. Everyone was great. We loved the coffee tour, Ulisses was the best tour guide we have ever had, and the food at the restaurant was so yummy!

Stunning location and exceptional service. This is ideal for a tranquil getaway. The suites are gorgeous.

This property is very unique! We stayed at the Ranchito villa for a week, and loved it. First thing you should know is that the property is very eco-friendly, and is intended to make you feel one with nature. It delivers on that. While there is Wi-Fi throughout the property (which was our only way to communicate back to family during our stay...we did not activate our cell phones while there, but could talk to them over wifi), there is NO TV in the room. The shower and tub are in an open area with walls all around, but access to the outside via an incomplete upper wall. We kept our windows open all night (screens closed), so were woken up each morning by beautiful singing birds! BTW, take the bird and plantation tour if you go (and bring some binoculars). We went during the transitional period (between rainy and dry season...early November), and while our weather was great, it also meant that there were a LOT of spiders. We got used to that (sort of), and by the end of the week we really didn't mind...they don't bother you, and you don't bother them. The staff at the resort REALLY has to be commented on! I've stayed at thousands of hotels and resort now in my life, and this place is hands down the BEST! Everyone really cared about how you were doing, and bent over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. Very attentive, and will not only book your adventures, they're often the guides, as well, so you can talk to them about the excursion even after it's over.

I have stayed at finca rosa blanca several times over the last few years. We love how close it is to the city, but also how secluded and quiet it is amongst all the bustle of San Jose. Amazing staff, great room rates and beautiful views of san jose day or night.

Better than advertised and that is saying a lot. Highly recommend the accommodations, service, dining and the coffee tour. Would definitely come again. Most importantly would stay a minimum of 3 days. 2 nights was way to short to truly get the best value.

The staff were fantastic! Such a warm and hospitable group. The grounds are lovely and each room/suite has its our vibe. Great place.
