It is a great location. The room is Clean and the staff is so nice and welcoming .

The room keys kept not working, and the hot water did not work. My family had to take a freezing cold shower on a very important day. The staff tried to help, the water was lukewarm warm the 2nd day.

Staff always welcoming. Room assignment was accommodating to what I asked for for my needs.

People outside smoking all things next to building. This hasn't happened before when stayed there many different times so over a year ago. Wasn't prepared for that.
