Suburban Studios near Panama City Beach

We usually stay beachfront but did a last minite trip and tried here spur the moment instead. I was really impressed with housekeeping bringing new towels every day without me having to ask, and trashcans in the room being taken care of daily too. The price was great and the room was clean. Bad smell, dirty comforter , brown pillows, ac unit broke

Shower did not work. TV didn’t even have ABC. Air conditioning made weird noise. Someone was banging on the floor above. No sleep

Location was great! Staff friendly!

It’s an older building, a little outdated from what I seen. No air in the elevator, the rooms was spacious but wasn’t cleaned throughly. We was only there for a weekend getaway for the beach. So the price was okay! The level of noise you heard from the floors above us was RIDICULOUS!!! I literally heard what seems like all of Florida walking. The walls also were very thin, I heard conversations from the people beside us. If they could do a deep deep clean of the rooms and make sure all the floors are swept and cleaned and the furniture wiped down. The rooms would be a solid 10 despite the noise level. Other than that everything was okay.
