The room set up and location

It took the AC unit a while to kick in

Easy to get there. Just 15 minutes to the beach.

The A/C is very loud and some of the utensils need to be fixed (the faucet in the kitchen didn’t work properly and the shower was leaking)

Floors was clean had a nice kitchen

Sheets had nasty looking stains on them 🤢 toilet was nasty when we got in our room.

The location from the beach was nice.

Our room was so dirty. I literally didn’t want to sit down. My sister & I left to go to the dollar general that was beside it to get the room clean to my liking. Had to wear flip flops in the shower. I’m usually not that hard to please but house keeping NEEDS to do better.

We liked how close the room was to the area we were visiting. But honestly we shouldve gotten an air bnb and couldve been even closer with a better experience.

Well the first night there i wanted to tell them we were leaving to find some else to stay. Friday morning housekeeping came around, my husband asked for extra washcloth for our kids, the kids and i were still in the bed, the housekeeper came in without our permission. What if we didnt have clothing on? I feel if someone is standing at the door asking for washcloth and towel, why does someone need to make their way in to the room to look in the bathroom? If i wouldve stayed at holiday inn or comfort inn it wouldve been a different experience. Along with us finding what looked like blood stains on the linen.

The ice machine

i didn’t like how they had cat food in the cracks of everywhere bugs in the bed, holes from burns in the covers, stains on the covers, stains on the pillows, the smell was terrible, the lights sounded very bad when you turned them on, the ice box always sounded like our door was opening there’s so much more i can say!!!
