Hotel Vervana, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

This was a horrible experience.

We were arriving late in the evening. I recieved a phone call from the hotel stating that they would leave a key for us on the door since we were arriving late. We got to the hotel and no key to be found anywhere. My husband walked to all of the doors twice and there was no key to be found. I called the hotel to report our problem. No answer and the voicemail was full so we were unable to leave a message. We had to keep traveling. Called the next morning to report the problem and the person that answered the phone stated the key was there which it was not. They proceeded to hang up on me when I asked to speak to the manager. I have never had such a horrible experience when traveling.

Our room did not look at all as in the pictures, the heating system was so noisy it was very hard to sleep during the night, the floor was dirty I could feel it on my bare feet, the shower was just a little hot sprinkle, they never refreshed the toiletries or provided fresh linens, or fresh towels. I understand about saving the earth but that should be my choice if I want to have fresh clean towels or clean sheets during my stay. We selected the hotel because it said "renovated " what a joke.

This is really a cool place to stay. The room was nice and the views were nice from our window. Love the fact that the lobby did not have a TV and so it was nice and quiet while we were having breakfast.

I traveled from Boston to the Arlington area along with Albany and Saratoga. This place sits nicely in between. Nice room and newly renovated.

Couldn't access the breakfast area in the morning. Staff stepped away so we had to go out for coffee and breakfast.

Great place; I plan to stay again for my future appointments in Vermont. My room was completely remodeled with a bright and clever new bath. Very comfortable king-sized bed. My only objection is there is no elevator to the upper floor. But no worry, I will ask for a lobby level floor room in the future. Basic breakfast with hot waffles. That Green Mountain fresh brewed coffee is superb.
