We stayed in a 3 bd ocean view. The views were amazing. Beautiful appt with everything needed for a great stay. Staff were very welcoming and hospitable. Nothing was to much for them. We felt very welcome.

The location is great

Our apartment was really dirty and old. Lots of maintenance issues, hadn’t been cleaned properly ( dishwasher not emptied, other dishes and glasses filthy, bathrooms not clean) Also provided with the worst level of basics - one bin liner, one tea towel, 2 dishwasher tables, a tablespoon of dishwashing liquid)

It was clean and a great location

The power points in the bathroom didn’t hold a plug in. A cupboard door in the kitchen was falling off and the bench top was uneven and looked like it could fall off.
