Nice setting around a pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed twice. Once in a nicely renovated room and once in a room that was a bit tired and needed to be renovated.

"Never again"

We had stayed in this property before 2-3 yrs ago and it was pleasant. However, this time around the breakfast was not fulfilling and the cockroaches in the room were not welcome. I know when abroad little insects can crawl around but multiple times the roaches were repeat offenders. Not acceptable. The food was cold and tasteless. We left and checked in at a different hotel

Struttura caratteristica con molto verde al suo interno Camera e bagno grandi e buona aria condizionata . Colazione prevalentemente messicana ma anche con opzione dolce basica per gli Europei. Ottimo caffè

La cosa assolutamente negativa è la mancanza di un mini frigo in camera e considerando le temperature di agosto che non scendono mai sotto i 38 39 gradi non poter bere una bevanda fresca o tenere un frutto o anche un farmaco è davvero inconcepibile.Non hanno neppure una macchina del ghiaccio.Peccato perché la struttura è molto carina ma a queste condizioni non si può stare. Inoltre la colazione è servita solo all aperto dove si riversano tantissime api..Consiglio di creare una stanza al chiuso per un maggior confort e sicurezza

La alberca y los cuartos renovados se ven muy bien pero no tuve la suerte de estar en uno

El baño no funcionaba muy bien y la última noche no dejaron dormir los del cuarto de a lado con música alta y borrachos y el pasillo olía a mucho cigarro
