Villa Seminyak Estate & Spa - By Astadala

Beautiful rooms and so spacious. The staff were the best, especially Mariani. She was the sweetest and even brought a cake to my villa and sang to me on my birthday. Excellent food in the restaurant and having the Lagood spa on site was top notch.

I hate to say anything negative because we still had the best time, but the bed was really hard. Like a rock.

The staff were beautiful 😍

The private villa pool was full of algae definitely not a pool we would swim in. At sunset small bats were taking over the villa which ment we had to retreat to the bedrooms or get swooped ☹️ there was always lizard poo everywhere. Someone must look at the pools because they need to be emptied and scrubbed and pressure cleaned or someone will get sick ( as I did) . Again loved the staff all very lovely.

The staff were super friendly and helpful.

We love staying there, however 2 years running we’ve had to have the fridge replaced (no door to freezer), also only several TV channels have English language. A smart TV would be a huge improvement for those that subscribe. We have seriously had to rethink whether we will continue to book only due to lack of these upgrades.

Very spacious villa, big air condtioned bedrooms and our own pool, lovely big bathroom and villa was cleaned daily.

The front of house staff were excellent, staff in the restaurant were rude and not attentive at all. We had our evening meal at the restaurant on the first night and served by a very surly male. The food was the worst we had experienced throughout our entire two week stay over Bali, Lombok & The Gilli’s. My partner ordered fresh tuna and questioned if it was a pork chop, it was so overdone & like shoe leather. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with lots of choice. Real shame about the evening service and meal.
