70 Tory Apartment

Location close to where I wanted to be. Even though there was no one manning the desk we found it easy to check in and out with the instructions sent to us.

Looking out to a car park was not what I expected for a view. The room was also stuff so had the door opened and as you lay on the bed with the breeze it feel dirty and so public having cars drive pass you when you trying to relax.

We didn't like the concrete wall (very high building) very close (6 feet) to our balcony. We didn't see any sun, and it was very dark & dismal in our whole apartment. We were not informed about this prior to our stay.

The location and the view from top apartment was great & had decks around the outside I had quick reply’s from the team on the phone and email. We had two apartments 1 3bed was roomy and lay out was good kitchen had everything we needed

We had several things happen between the two apartments The lift was out all evening on second night , and into the next day and alarm ringing out the whole time. 2bed smelt like animal urine, tv not working, building supplies outside room, old broken seats, we had twin beds instead of a double in one room Stains on the bedding In the early morning on the second day water started to come through in floods from lights in living area down the walls we thought the roof would fall in & had to evacuate shoes by door got wet and ruined 3bed Furniture was dirty and old not a lot of it. In living area. No outside furniture on large decks there were 3 different types of chairs around the table and on Friday one broke while we were having dinner and bruised the person sitting on it as they hit the tiles no replacement was brought There were coffee marks still down the kitchen draws. No seal on shower door so water run into the lounge we only had one towel each so had to launder them We were disappointed as away as a family group. These appointments need a lot of care an attention and a refit. After asking if we would get compensation as we’re leaving early without shoes to wear were given %10 of stay which add to very little
