Great family spot, and good central location. Excellent vslue

Once we worked out the door codes it was easy

Roomy, nice layout, had everything we needed

Using codes instead of keys or cards but got used to it, just had to keep referring to the email for the different codes

Location is great. Apartment had good sized kitchen and washing machine was replaced immediately when it didn't work.

Apartments are unstaffed and could do with a little love. Windows on higher levels rattle in wind and get heavy condensation in cooler weather.

Location excellent, beds very comfy, lounge furniture terrible! Had everything else you need. Codes for cat park, front entrance and room all on seperate emails so bit of a mission getting to room.

Replace couches and dining chairs

Key pad for entry to lift area is to low and not illuminated enough for easy use

It is a good size apartment and instructions to get in were simple and accurate. Reasonable facilities.

Dirt marks on the sofa chair. The room scent was not very pleasant.

The lifts stopped working in the middle of the night. We had to alert a customer service person on call. There was no staff on site so some people got locked off the floor for two hours - found by us. The check in was unnecessarily complicated with multiple codes. Bathroom fan didn't work. Pictures of apartments not inaccurate - much smaller. Furniture tired.
