Staff unfriendly and unwilling to help. Room smelled bad, had smoke stains. TV was small and in a bad location on the wall. The room was just bad in many ways. I'll never book a room there again.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating when we needed an early check in. We stayed here to be close to family in the hospital. The welcome bags with water and chips were LIFE SAVERS after the long stressful day. The location had us within minutes of the hospital, restaurants and stores like Kroger and Walmart. We couldn't have been more pleased. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!

Reception

The hotel isn't bad, but the entire third floor reeked of dampness. The windows wouldn't open to let in fresh air, and the air conditioner smelled of dust and mold (I recommend cleaning it at least once every six months).

For one, it is in a nice area. Walked in and the person attending was very friendly and kind. Checked me in and all. From walking in to the lobby and to my room, all was clean. I liked the shower. Small walk in shower, enough to not wet outside (I'm not a fan of the shower curtains in hotels), so this was great. Very spacious and smelled good. Great selection at breakfast.
