This was the 2nd time I've booked a room there (years apart) and BOTH times the desk clerks were tactless and rude, as they said "our room was no longer available". 2 different people and both responded with "It doesn't matter if you prebooked a room or not, we still dont have a room for you". Must be hotel policy.
