Clean hotel, friendly staff..large modern seating area in the front, some outdoor seating also. Hotel is located in a good area of shopping and restaurants. The room was large with a-lot of seating. Very nice room for the price.

The room we were in, was subject to a lot of noise. We were on the first floor next to stairwell. First night sounded like someone was jumping up and down on the floor above our room. In the morning landscapers were mowing shortly after 7 am. Second night, guests were using stairwell, could hear doors closing while trying to sleep.
