Public bathrooms were nasty.

Cleanliness and hospitality!

How well we could hear the people above us and the neighbors snoring. 😏

It was very nice and clean. Everything about the hotel from the lobby, breakfast/lunch area, the gym, the pool, and the room was very nice.

Nothing. Hotel and staff were nice, the location was perfect right in the middle of delicious restaurants all around along with shopping centers and grocery stores!

Same Elevator that didn’t work in September still wasn’t working. Miss the oatmeal, especially in winter.

I was just expecting everything to be very clean andfresh. But there were things that weren’t as clean as they could’ve been and the pool had so much chlorine it smelled like bleach water. overall, it was a good stay. There were just small areas that I noticed had mode buildup or things that could’ve been wiped off or wiped down the room had had its daily cleaning. I’m assuming that it was due for a month or two cleaning of deep cleaning there was a foul odor in the hall close to the room not sure if it was coming from another room and not enough blankets in the room. definitely enough space in the room to accommodate

Mildew buildup in the shower corner smell in the hallway and the excess of chlorine in the wall. I know you need to clean and disinfect, but the pool should be shut down. If you have to use that much that can burn the skin.
