I like the location and the amenities.

Although customer service is essential in checking in guests, it should not be in the expense of speedy check in. The site also say parking available but it ended up being valet parking only.

We loved the Renaissance. From the moment you walk in the lobby is beautifully designed and smells GREAT! The bar is amazing and the food is so good. The service in the restaurant was outstanding we ate there several times and it was always a warm greeting and great service. Housekeeping was the best and I haven't said that in a long time. It was just a 10 minute walk to Georgia Tech and lots to see and do in the area. Barnes and Noble was a couple blocks which made my husband happy. Overall should our son get accepted into GT, this is were we will stay :) Thank you Staff!!!

"Mixed experience very nice hotel, but disappointing service and transparency"

The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The hotel itself feels modern and luxurious, and the location is great, close to everything we needed.

The hotel has an arrangement with the parking lot right next to it, but they won’t tell you about it. Instead, they’ll offer a $65 valet service, which is extremely overpriced. I had read on Booking.com that there’s a $20 self-parking option, and when I asked the receptionist, she said they didn’t know about it and don’t control third-party offers. It took me a while to figure it out myself, but eventually I parked there and paid only $20. Also, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi only for guests who book through their own app. Since we booked through Booking.com, we didn’t get free Wi-Fi which is quite strange in 2025, when most hotels provide it as a basic service.
