Early check in, friendliness of staff, clean room. Dinner at the restaurant was great.

The long wait for breakfast, almost an hour we ended up leaving and not doing breakfast because it ended up getting close to our check out time. We tried for 9ish.

If you’re looking for a hotel right next to an event at Gillette. This is the place to go; free parking, breakfast was good. Only issue we had was we had to ask 4 times for extra linen for the pullout couch.

Great place, great food, great location, nice pool. One time they even had an auction for Patriot Memorabilia, Players helmet, jerseys pictures signed by the actual player. Even the members of the New England Patriots stay there. Rooms are amazing, view is great can see the stadium. Customer satisfaction is of high standards. Look no further, stay here. They even have functions for large events & will cater in house.
