Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel

I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to Patriot Place. The lobby was clean and roomy with a bar/restaurant in the back. Gym and pool were nearby. My room was clean but the furniture showed signs of wear on the furniture. The bathroom was missing hooks to hang bath towel and toiletries. The refrigerator was running but bottled water was not cooled overnight. If you're expecting to use the Concierge Lounge there is none. See the picture that was sent prior to my visit. I was offered 2,500 pts compensation when I asked where it was but they were not awarded a few weeks later. Hopefully they'll stop posting information about the Concierge Lounge to future customers. Enjoy Patriot Place for your breakfast, lunch and dinners.

The guests directly across the hall waking us up at midnight and banging on the door and yelling for 20+ minutes followed by security joining the guest to continue to knock on the door with the guest. Another wake up call at 6am by the same guests screaming at each other (I have videos of both incidents). No follow up or check ins following my two calls to front desk/security or even an apology upon check out until I brought it up. I spent upwards of $700 for the stay and barely slept and had my daughter and her friends nervous all night.
