Les informations reçues concernant mon séjour. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel pendant mon séjour. La salle de sport gratuite. Le parking sécurisé. La présence de borne électrique. La possibilité d'acheter des produits d'hygiène. Le buffet varié et de qualité. La présence de restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel.

La propreté des ustensiles de cuisine (il doit y avoir un problème avec le lave-vaisselle). La présence de fourmis dans la brioche (les mettre sous cloche). Le prix de la recharge électrique (15€ pour recharge lente la nuit, et elle n'était pas complète). L'ouverture du portique piéton difficile à ouvrir (mais j'avais été prévenu par le personnel). L'éclairage du couloir qui reflétait dans ma chambre

L accueil du personnel, leur professionnalisme, la propreté, la literie, la salle de bain est spacieuse, le gel douche sent très bon, le calme...

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré : un porte serviette dans la salle de bains, une porte d entrée de la chambre moins bruyante lorsqu'elle se referme.
