"المكان ممتاز ولكن تعامل الموضف غير جيد"

الموقع جيد قريب من النهر الغرف نظيفه وممتازه المرافق كلها ممتازه يوجد مواقف سيارات ب90 زلوتي لليوم الواحد

فقط تعامل موضف الاستقبال كان فيه عنصريه واضحه ضد العرب حيث وصلت الساعه 1 ظهراً واستقبلني الموضف باسلوب بارد وتعمد تاخيري الى الساعه 3 واستقبل الضيوف اللي بعدي من جنسيه اجنبيه وليست اوربيه وقام بالتعامل بلطف وابتسامه وسلمهم الغرف الساعه 1 ظهراً وانا اضطريت انتظر الى الساعه 3 بالتمام علماً اني رجعت له الساعه 2،40 وقال انتظر الى 3 بالتمام

Clean, quiet,spacious room, bar and restaurant in place. Breakfast very good. Friendly staff.

I was expecting to find the vanity kit but I didn't. Also it would be nice at a 4 stars hotel to have some slippers and a bathrobe.
