I like room and environment around the hotel, but during I stayed at floor 5, it has the sound like running machines that a bit annoying.

Some facilities are not available for borrow to use like iron and lack of information about hotel facilities and further information about hotel.

the bed was stiff as a board. There was no hot water in the room. The showers were room temperature. The pull out bed in our double room was not a pull out bed not rather an uncomfortable couch. the pool was very dirty. we didn’t even bother trying to swim. the hotel felt completely run down.
