Kibo Palace Hotel Arusha

Good sized rooms with a comfortable bed. Smiling staff happy to help. A swimming pool, well stocked bar and a restaurant with a variety of different cuisines. All the ingredients for a comfortable stay. The hotel is well placed to the centre if Arusha and I would definitely stay here again!

We started our trip here in this wonderful hotel before going on safari. It was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay very much. I wish we had stayed longer than a day to experience the hotel and the area more. The rooms were comfortable and I enjoyed using the gym. The food was also tasty and it was a great start to our trip Thank you so much!

We received a complimentary upgrade to a very nice suite, and wow, it had what felt like acres of space. The floor space must have been equal to our entire house! There was an area for ;- dining with a place set for four, lounge area with huge couches, and a bed that was wider than I'm tall but oh so comfortable. The bathroom was bright, with options for separate bath or shower, and even had a jacuzzi as well. Al the staff, from front desk to restaurant and room staff were all so friendly and helpful with smiles to match. Food in the restaurant was plentiful and tasty. Breakfast options were wide and varied, from cereals to fruit, hot items, and cooked to order options with my favourite option being pancakes.

Beautiful rooms, very welcoming staff. 24 hour full menu at restaurant. With our reservation we had buffet breakfasts and buffet dinners. Cocktails were very reasonable around the pool. WiFi was good. Location was 50 minutes from Arusha airport and close to the famous clock tower. Busy local road, walking distance to the Natural Museum which helped us Americans get oriented to where we were. We got a favorable exchange rate for US dollars. We enjoyed the clerk at the hotel jewelry shop and he gave us a decent discount on Tanzanite jewelry which was very lovely and came with authenticity cards. We were happy to have a relaxing 4 nights before safari started to catch up on sleep and see local sights.

I love this hotel so much that I have stayed here for four times already and will always stay here when I visit Arusha. The staff are just incredibly helpful and professional, from the front desk (Thank you Maryline!) to the restaurant wait staff (Elisha and Genarose!) to the porters and laundry staff. Great job everyone... oh and the chef and cooks. Wow, what great food. I love Kibo Palace1

It was okay, called front desk about a wash rag cause after 20 plus hours of flying i need a proper shower ....stll waiting on a call back 3 days later
