IEThis would be a 10/10 if it had not been for a staff member's comments. The property itself is really nice, they let me check in early and they have a free car parking space right outside their door. The location is perfect, just a short walk into the city and right on the river. The breakfast was also very good.
One of the staff members made negative comments about refugees and about how Innsbruck had gotten unsafe due to the foreigners. A really despicable and dumb comment to make that really put a dark cloud over my stay here.
