Sliema Chalet Hotel

1. Location (both for the sea and the restaurants) 2. AWESOME View from the window 3. Everyday cleaning and towel change 4. Considering the most hotels of Malta getting a bad review for the construction works, I must tell that this hotel location is super quiet (also thanks to the windows)

1. There was only one European socket. The rest were British ones 2. The rooms lacks renovation. 3. Very bad smell inside the apartment - smelled oldish but the nose got used to it a bit later 4. Bad ventilation - feels like it does not work at all 5. The window was very hard to close, cause it was broken, and it never got closed fully

Sea views from balcony spectacular Room cleaned multiple times through the week Great central location for seeing local areas and attractions Most staff were polite No breakfast on site but the voucher ( €7.50 each) for one across the road on the promenade was basic but very nice.

Room not as advertised or as photos.we booked a triple room (as this was bigger) with sea view described as 27m squared online. ( see photos) This room was not, and because of the extra bed, was extremely small ( see photos) and when I complained, I was told I could change to a back room with no balcony or view as this was bigger, despite paying more and demonstrating the discrepancy online. No refund of difference or apology was offered. I was told 3 times over 5 days that a manager would speak to me, they never did. Upon return home, and complaint made again, the hotel claimed the correct room was given as per our booking so no compensation given. No kettle in room and communal kitchen with limited facilities was only shown to us after 3 days. Communal fridge but even labelling food did not prevent others using it. Terrace on roof is just a roof. No furniture, no shade, nothing but a roof! Lots of notices stuck around with lots of “don’ts” on , so made quite a negative vibe. Felt we were being watched all the time We were able to leave luggage on departure day although this was just stacked up in the reception seating area so not secure

Nada. Vi muitas reclamações das cortinas, a claridade não me atrapalhou em nada . Voltarei com certeza
