飯店位置不錯，樓下就有些店家還有超市。距離地鐵也很方便，可以直接從機場搭到孔德站。到飯店的路徑上都有無障礙設施。

飯店整體稍微老舊，自動空調會有微小噪音。另外整潔部分可以再加強，房間感覺沒有清理得很徹底，敏感的人可能會過敏。希望可以加強消毒跟清掃。

"A comfy overnighter at the Lotte in Seoul"

The location was great, lots of places to eat around the hotel. Record Pizza nearby was very good. The room was comfy and spotless, it was perfect for an overnighter in Seoul. The service from the staff at the counter was very good too.
