location is best In Querétaro. staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful, the father and son Fernando’s and wife. views from the roof are stunning. rooms are super modern and comfortable. cannot say enough good things about suites sofia. we will definitely be back whenever in town again.

All was perfected

King size bed, separation/privacy between twin bed and the kind bed. Hotel staff were great. Location is good for exploring the center. Close to a great local coffee shop that opens early.

The room only had windows to the hotel center so the room got a bit stuffy. I turned on the ceiling fans and AC for bit and that resolved the issue.

the location was great. Rooms are big & comfy if you’re traveling alone or as a couple.

that fact that they don’t have a 2-bed suite. They have to sneak in another individual bed when you ask for it.
