Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach Hotel

We visited property on 21st November to celebrate our anniversary as we had accor membership but to book cake we called almost a week prior but no one answers call properly and no one is ready to take booking ( operator neha ) worst hospitality experience never received call back as promised , they don't even had courtesy to take booking , they just kept on sharing new mobile number everytime and asked us to make booking so finally when call by mistake was transferred to Finance department Mr. Mayuresh, he helped us to make table reservation and cake booking . So grateful that mayuresh helped us inspite of being from different department. Literally it's very pathetic experience with call operator and booking reservation team .

Anish from front desk was very helpful. It was a very special reason for me to visit the hotel & Anish made sure that my special day becomes even more special. One of the best properties from ACCOR.

Excellent hotel with its view and food. I was welcomed warmly by Indrajit. This kind of hospitality has convinced me to visit again.

The experience in the Premium lounge with Gitika nd Neha is excellent. They are extremely courteous and excellent customer service. Lovely individual attention and we'll looked after. Wish them the very best for the future. Would love to come back only because of their service.

I visited Novotel Saturday with my son for their beautifully organized cake-mixing ceremony, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The event was set right by the beach, and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect — the golden sunset, the cool breeze, and the festive atmosphere created pure magic. The high-tea spread was wonderful, with a variety of cakes, pastries, and small bites that were not just delicious but beautifully presented. The cake-mixing activity itself was so much fun — lively, well-coordinated, and full of happy vibes. My son enjoyed it the most, and seeing him smile made the evening even more special. Overall, Novotel gave us a warm, joyful, and festive experience. A perfect family evening filled with sweet moments and beautiful memories. Highly recommended!

We stayed in club room and lounge experience was great Gitika and Neha were taking care of us and it was great experience both of them took care of us very well amd they were very happy tp serve type souls thanks to them we enjoyed stay. Even buffet breakfast was good at Square where we had Suvarna ans Aniket were extra nice to us

Not worth the Price and conditions is very poor . Everywhere you will find seepage and staffs are not friendly, instead of sea view they gave partial sea view, thier restaurants condition is very poor , I went in the evening around 4 PM , just to make a salad they took more than half an hour and the 1200 Rupee Pizza was smelling as vegetables in that was smelling . Since we were very hungry that's why we had ceaser salad. Rooms also they put cheap Mica Everywhere. And comparatively with other brands rooms are very small although we book Premiere lounge room . Anyway made 2 days Non refundable booking so can not step back.
