Courtyard Marriott Concord

Everything was great except they ran out of coffee at 8am on our checkout date. A Starbucks without coffee isn’t much. Otherwise nice

I stayed here twice. I was given room 305 but couldn’t step in the room because the smell of urine was so strong. I was then moved to room 705 where the air conditioner barely kept the room 74 degrees. The second time I was given room 315 which after airing it out all day the smell of yarn was so strong. I couldn’t stay there after two days. I again was moved up to 715 where the air conditioner was better, but still could not cool entire room. A real big disappointment for a Marriott property. The staff was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was more than pleasant and they tried really hard to make it better.

Great hotel on a larger roadtrip. We stayed here to break up a longer drive. It was perfect for our family of three. It is also a great area to stop overnight. There are a lot of restaurants and a large mall. Highly recommend!

My stay was good. I didn't like where the tv sits, it pulls out but is not fully visible from the bed. For the most part the stay was good .

The AC unit in room 405 sounds like a thrashing machine when running. I realize its 90 + degrees outside but had to turn the unit to 68 deg. to be cool enough to sleep. This created a damp feeling to the room by AM

Room was not clean,lighting in bathroom especially horrible, Exterior key card broken , causing people to prop open definitely a security risk. No free Coffee !

Bath towel was in bathroom did not have room cleaned

The staff were super friendly
