The front desk staff was wonderful. The common areas were clean and pleasant and comfortable. The room was large and well appointed.

We had no maid service. We did not get fresh towels. Our garbage was not emptied. Our coffee supplies had to be brought up to us by the front desk folks.

Beautiful entrance and cozy feel. Everything was nice and clean. I felt very at home there. Loved the little card in the room welcoming us and the religious tone to it.

My adult son thought the bed wasn't that great. It was kind of wobbly.

Good access from the interstate. Very good breakfast.

elevator button didn't work on the 3rd floor. Not a big issue until I found out that has been an on-going problem! Get it fixed!!! Not anything the hotel can do about it, but the main street is on a slight hill and the truckers are using their "jake break" starting at about 4:00 am. Not much point in attempting to sleep after that.
