"Terrible experience!"

The facility looks nice rooms clean but the room was very cold,the heating unit would only blow cold air. There was NO HOT WATER for a shower.The room phone would not work to call front desk. I my cell phone but got no help there! Top it all off we couldn't get any TV without signing up for a roku acct. The breakfast was just so,so! Certainly not an enjoyable place to spend the night! Oh the front desk girl ask what she could do to make it up,I replied a discount on the room, she replied I can give you a discount the next time I stay there, Really! FAT Chance of that happening again!!

The owner was rude and told me I didn’t have a reservation for the price I paid and that I didn’t look like I could afford it and I should stay at a cheaper motel cause his was to nice for someone of my look
