I would give the room a B-. The bed was nice and so was the bathroom. But there was nowhere to hang my clothes and there was a blank spot on the wall (unpainted) that used to have a picture or something on it. Plus I just don’t like floors with no carpeting or rugs. They put me on the floor that allows pets. Breakfast was pretty good.

Unfortunately, I would have to recommend caution to anyone staying at this hotel. Two and a half weeks after I stayed here, while analyzing my credit card statements, I discovered that I was charged twice for my one night stay. I used a different credit card for the incidentals hold. I clearly specified to the check-in desk that I wanted the room charge to stay on the card with which it was booked, which is a corporate card, and that I only wanted to use my personal credit card for the hold placed for incidentals. But they charged the room to both cards and didn’t reverse the charge on either of them. When I called to have it rectified, I was told by the person answering phones that he could not do anything about it, but he’d make a note for his bosses and they would get back to me “when they have a chance.” 24 hours later and I haven’t received any word from anyone. Now I’m wondering what I’m going to have to do to recover the money that was taken from me by La Quinta. I understand mistakes happen. I’m surprised that in a computerized world, nothing in the system caught this mistake. But what I am most upset about is that it doesn’t seem to be a priority for the employees of the hotel to rectify this. If you stay here, watch your credit card statements.

Breakfast was delicious, and staff were friendly! Highly recommend this hotel!

Everthing is wonderful!

The property was well-lit and secure. The rooms were clean and the bathroom is a good size.

2 complaints were that the television had limited channels. And although we had intended to use this swimming pool which was nice and clean, It had a window view open to the exterior hallway which made the kids uncomfortable, as well as it was positioned toward a ground floor room door. People would walk by 2 look at the underage girls, so we did not use the pool at all, which was a primary reason for choosing LaQuita. That was a dissappointment..

Jonathon is always so helpful and friendly. I look forward to seeing him at the front when I come through.

It was good for an overnight stay

Rooms were clean and very roomy, we had an executive room, shower worked great and nice bed. Decent little breakfast, had a waffle and sausage.
