It was an overall amazing experience other than the deposit took a month to return

The property held the deposit for a month and also charged the room double which was a huge inconvenience

"The hotel suited our needs fine except for the pool issue."

Was close to the baseball fields. We were there for a tournament Our room was clean and comfortable.

We were not told the pool wasn’t usable. That was something the kids were excited about. It would have been good to be told that ahead of time. The lady working the breakfast was kind of rude. She was mumbling under her breathe while cleaning tables and was watching and waiting for people to leave. Standing right by them with her cloth and cleaner. That wasn’t necessary.

"This was my least favorite experience at this hotel."

Location is great. Facilities are adequate. There was NO HOT WATER on the morning that I was checking out which meant I was unable to take a shower. This was a horrible stay and I likely will not stay here in the future.

Finding a way to fix the hot water problem quickly would have helped immensely. I waited between 6am-7:30am and it still wasn'ty fixed by the time I needed to leave at 7:45am which was a HUGE problem for me.
