It was perfect location for my event.

When we arrived..the first time someone used the bathroom the toilet didn't flush. The maintenance guy came in and fixed it. This man used the plunger and let the toilet water drip all over the floor. When I ask for staff to mop floor she just comes in with a towel. I ask if the floor can be disinfected , I should have to explain that ..secondly the phone rang every morning at 6:30 ...we never asked for a wake up call..its little things that can mess up comfort.

"It was just OK and you might want to check the inspection of your elevator because it expired back in April"

The property was in close proximity to my daughter

The pillows were lackluster. The chemicals used to clean the rooms had a very strong smell and irritated my boyfriends allergies. The breakfast was probably the worst out of the whole experience. The biscuits were hard as bricks. Nothing tasted fresh. We left there and went to Waffle House to get coffee and breakfast. The coffee there at the hotel was watered down, just was not good.
