The location was great. The room was clean. The front desk staff was fine.

The staff of breakfast was not friendly at all. Walking around with a nasty face and won't ever greet anyone. Take things away and push guests away without even asking "excuse" very, very RUDE. Not a good person for handing your breakfast, no sense of hospitality. Not a face guest wants to see first thing in the morning.
