All the staff are friendly, something was missing on my door and the staff were quickly come up straight away to fixed it.

Breakfast, only a few choices and it was the same thing every morning.

The convenience of the location.

This was my first time ever staying at a LaQuinta hotel… The front desk person (black girl) was very rude whenever I asked for something. I wouldn’t have had to go to the desk for anything but it was four of us in our room however it was only set up to accommodate 3 therefore I had to go to the desk daily and ask for an extra set of towels and I asked for a blanket bc my son didn’t want to sleep under the same covers but I asked for a blanket she gave me a sheet and once the shift changed it was a different lady and she just gave us a blanket without thought. Then one of the mornings I went to breakfast me and my daughter and I knocked on the kitchen door to ask about eggs and the older lady back there literally yelled at me but bc my daughter was with me I don’t react but about 5 minutes after me someone else came and she literally yelled at her the same way which was not even necessary! And people like other breakfast meat not just sausage! Lol

Staff was very helpful and it was nice to have a pool. Location was good. Price was very competitive.

Breakfast items selection was small and not very tasty. Stayed in a handicapped room. Shower head holder was broken. Water drained poorly so the entire bathroom floor got wet.

The check-in process was quick. The room itself was very spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable.

The floors weren't as clean as I would've preferred. It felt dirty and wasn't cleaned before I arrived.

Loved the comfort of the bed.

Was alittle unhappy with the breakfast. Was looking forward to bisquits and gravy, and sausage or bacon.. nope only continental breakfast stuff. After reviews we was just expecting a better choice.
