"Nice Stay for the Value"

The facility was beautiful from the outside to the inside. The woman whi checked us in was kind and courteous and very informative. The room was nice and clean. I think that bed was the most comfortable bed that I have slept in in a hotel in a LONG time. Breakfast was very good as well.

The service was quick and easy. The gentleman that helped us was super nice and very helpful. The breakfast was great. Loved the coffee .

Location was pretty good, staff was friendly but. I had booked 3 rooms pay at the desk and they put all rooms on my card instead of each one of my family members who gave them their card. Told them it was already paid for.

Climate control in all 3 rooms was not working correctly. The units would heat the room to 72F and immediately go full A/C until temperature reached 65F and repeat. Set at 68F or 70F didn't matter. Only one of two elevators worked.
