I was there for an extended stay. I turned in clothes to be washed. I asked housekeeping if they provided this service. The maid responded by saying “ Yes give it to me”. I gave her the laundry bag ( provided by the hotel) with my name and room number in the space provided on the bag. The laundry was thrown in the trash. When I tried to get compensated for my losses I was told by the hotel manager that I was lying about the amount of clothes that had been thrown away.

"What stinks?"

I don’t know what stinks so badly that they used scented candles and scented plug ins in the lobby but the lobby was heavily fragranced. The carpet in the room was moist and had so much fragrance (carpet spray I assume) that our eyes were irritated and we coughed all night. If you have asthma or are sensitive to heavy scents, stay away.
