キレイで静かでした。 寝れた。　 フロントが質問に対して的確親切な対応に嬉しかった。

初めて利用しましたのでウェルカムドリンクとかわからなかった。朝食時にわかったのでちょっと残念

"Pleasant place to stay"

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

It was close to the Shinkansen station but on the opposite side to the local train. The property was isolated, but when the Cherry Blossom festival isn’t on there doesn’t seem much to do in Kitakami itself. It is a good jumping off point for Hirazumi and Geibikei Gorge.

駅周辺はホテルが多く、食べ物屋があまり無い。仕方ないので、コンビニで夕食を買った。

立地

朝食がおいしくなかった。サービスという事は理解していますので、次に泊まりたくない理由には繋がらないですが、品数を減らしてでも味をもう少しよくしてほしい。食事のスタッフさんは対応良かった。
